    We currently offer local delivery within Oak Tree Ln, Irvine. For orders outside this area, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

    Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. We’ll reach out to confirm a delivery window once your order is processed.

  3. How much is delivery?
    Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.

  4. Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
    Yes! After placing your order, you’ll receive an email to schedule a convenient delivery day and time.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  1. What’s your return policy?
    Due to the perishable nature of plants, all sales are final. However, if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

  2. How do I report a damaged item?
    Send a photo and a brief description of the issue to support@alphagrass.com, and we’ll get back to you promptly.
